Monday morning traffic: Three-car crash, lane closures on Hwy 9, Hwy 1 paving

Here s what s happening on the roads this morning new incidents Road incidents as of 8 a.m. on October 12 A three-car collision involving a black BMW, a gray Toyota Sienna, and a gray Honda Pilot happened in front of a construction zone at the intersection of Highway 9 and Clearview Place in San Lorenzo Valley. Emergency services were called, and although it was first reported as a non-injury crash, medical help was later needed. The incident was reported today. There are alternating lane closures in both directions on Highway 9 at Pool Drive in San Lorenzo Valley because of bridge work. This will continue until April 30, 2027, at 6:59 a.m. South Highway 1 at Park Avenue in Capitola / Soquel is facing closures because of paving work. The closure will last until Nov. 19 at 7:01 a.m.
